About Company

Insightful Matters Family Counseling Professionals, Inc. is comprised of 25+ clinicians; licensed and associates, plus two Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) who offer medication management services. Insightful Matters is an insurance based practice where all referrals are provided and we are a W2 employer.

We pride ourselves on having a self directed schedule. Health beneifts are offered for full time employees, at 25+ clients per week. We strive to maintain a structure and culture where clincians can maintain their autonomy, be compenstated competively with benefits and perks such as CEU reimbursement, sick pay, 401K etc. and have job security. 

Our offices are located in Huntington Beach, Garden Grove, and Anaheim, CA. We offer services via face to face for local clients, and offer telehealth throughout California. For prospective candidates who wish to exclusively work remotely, we ask that you consider making your availability for "peak" hours.
