Position: Associate Therapist (ASW, AMFT, APCC)
Employment Type: Part-Time to Full-Time (W-2)
Location: Telehealth (Los Angeles) with 2 in-person office days

What We’re Looking For:

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology, or Social Work.
• Active BBS Registration (ASW, AMFT, APCC) with a minimum of 500 supervised hours.
• Strong understanding of trauma-informed care, psychotherapy models, and diagnostic techniques (DSM-V).
• Prior experience in private practice or telehealth is highly preferred.
• A personal connection to mindfulness or spiritual practices is a plus

Compensation Details:

• $30/hour during the probation period.
• Up to $40/hour post-probation (based on caseload and performance).
• Bonus opportunities for self-generated referrals and quarterly merit achievements.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy.
• Assess, diagnose, and create personalized treatment plans for clients.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records (SOAP progress notes, treatment plans, etc.) within 24 hours of sessions.
• Collaborate with clinicians and administrative staff to ensure high-quality client care.
• Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and occasional in-person events (1x/month in Los Angeles).
