About Company

Shakti Therapy and Healing Services is a holistic group practice based in the heart of Los Angeles, CA.  The practice uses a holistic and psychotherapeutic approach to help people realize that they are an integral part of the vast and complex web of life - that the health of the whole is intimately connected with the health of the individual.

The foundational belief of the practice is that no one is separate from nature, from themselves or even each other - that in a very real way, every one of a person's decisions and actions affects all of these realms. Ektha Aggarwal, the Founder and CEO of Shakti Therapy & Healing Services, is a South Asian therapist who combines both ancient Eastern and the most up to date scientific Western modalities in her teachings and approach to the practice, the team members, and ultimately the clients. Her work stems from a basis of connection - mind to body, human to nature, individual to community, physical to spiritual, past to present to future.

The practice specializes in working with the following communities, but is not limited to this:

· People who are looking to connect with their higher self and identify their purpose in life through holistic therapy.

· People of color to break the stigma around mental health. We have therapists from various cultural backgrounds and foster this as a strength!

·   People seeking to connect with their inner child and heart center through ketamine assisted psychotherapy.
