Key Responsibilities

  • Provide virtual therapy to adult clients with a focus on trauma and related mental health concerns, including veterans, in a private and quite space
  • Actively participate in supervision, training, and consultation to ensure growth and skill development
  • Maintain proper documentation and uphold ethical standards in client care
  • Build and manage a client caseload with the guidance of experienced clinicians
  • Learn and implement networking and marketing strategies to develop your professional presence and referral network
  • Apply evidence-based trauma treatment modalities in your clinical practice
  • Contribute to the supportive and collaborative environment of the team

Skills & Experience

  • Must be a registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) or Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC) in California
  • Strong interest in trauma-informed therapy
  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and take advantage of mentorship and training opportunities
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a virtual caseload
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently while contributing to a team
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately complete clinical documentation and maintain records in a timely and organized manner, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.
