So often in therapy, the focus is on the struggles individuals are facing in their lives. While it is crucial to process and work through difficulties, recognizing where individuals are thriving can be life-changing. Our resiliency-based work is designed to shine the spotlight on your strengths and use them to power through your challenges. My goal is to make sure you are aware that you are not defined by your suffering and to help you channel the resiliency you already possess.
If a major event in your past still impacts your day-to-day, we will help you work through that trauma and get to a point where your life no longer revolves around that event.
