About Company

True Counseling Services, PLLC (TCS) was started by Melissa True in 2016. After moving her family from Maine to Texas Melissa found herself wanting to stay connected with her Maine clients and build new connections in Texas. TCS began as a virtual practice pre-pandemic and since that time has only continued to group. As a fully virtual practice we are now able to treat clients and offers appointments in many states; TX, FL, CO, CA, NV SC, WV, VA, NJ, MA, ME, VT and DC. 

The goal of True Counseling Services is to create a trusting relationship with clients to identify, process and work through identified issues, learning to implement coping skills for sustainable use independently of therapy sessions. TCS does this by treating clients in a convenient way through video sessions to allow flexibility with scheduling and aims to offer appointment times that meet the needs of all people.
