I am passionate about utilizing psychodynamic theory with a specialized focus on attachment. I am certified in EMDR, am an EMDRIA Approved Consultant in Training, and have earned a certification as an equine-assisted mental health practitioner. I strive to provide a holistic approach with those I work with, and strongly value the connection between mind, body, and soul.
