Sea Glass LLC was founded in 2019 by Jennifer Jenkins-Boitnott, LPC, with a vision to offer trauma-informed care rooted in authenticity, compassion, and clinical excellence. The name Sea Glass reflects both Jennifer’s love of the beach and the powerful metaphor it offers for healing and transformation.

Sea glass begins as something broken--a discarded piece of glass. Over time, it’s shaped by the waves, sand, and sea, eventually emerging as something uniquely beautiful. This process mirrors what can happen in therapy.Life’s painful experiences can leave people feeling worn down or fragmented. But through the therapeutic process, individuals have the opportunity to process trauma, navigate emotions, and uncover insight and resilience. Like sea glass, the transformation may be slow and sometimes challenging--but it leads to something meaningful, whole, and renewed.
