Our boutique group practice conceptualizes and views treatment through a trauma informed, culturally attuned lens and specialize in working with men, trauma and connection.

Part-time Associate posistion

• W-2 position
• 15 minium hours/week
• $45/hour first 6 months, then 50/50 split
• Private pay practice, no insurance
• $500 for training
• Includes trauma training
• Hybird position, in-person & virtual in Pasadena, CA
• Must be trained in at least one: EMDR, Brainspotting, TRM (Trauma Resiliency Model), or IFS (Internal Family Systems).
• Must have an interest in working with Trauma and Men.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $45.00 - $88.00 per hour
