NAI Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS) is a short-term, supplemental mental health service for youth with serious emotional challenges who are experiencing a stressful transition or life crisis and need support in reaching their treatment goals. It is an intense, 1:1 behavioral modification program designed to teach children and adolescents strategies to reduce risk and thrive.
Therapeutic Behavioral Services aims to inspire youth and families to embrace change that is meaningful to them. The TBS team encourages the positive expression of thoughts and emotions to plant the seeds of growth, purpose, and personal success. TBS works to improve or reduce high risk behaviors and prevent mental health crises by adapting behavioral and therapeutic interventions to create strengths-based support. Using trauma-informed care, TBS empowers youth and families to gain the skills they need to live healthier, safer and happier lives."
