Made With Love Collective is a fully remote, boutique network of licensed therapists serving clients across California. We operate on a referral-based model, connecting clients with warm, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive clinicians. Our network is growing, and we’re looking for loving and compassionate licensed therapists (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PsyD, PhD) to join us.

Made With Love Collective engages in contract with Northern California Kaiser and private pay clients.  This collaboration is especially great for California licensed therapists who are starting out in private practice needing a full case of clients or have an established practice and want to supplement their caseloads. We provide you with credentialing, all referrals, administrations, claims, and billing, so you can enjoy your work with your clients. 

We truly care for our clinicians. We believe our therapists are healing artists that deserve to be treated with utmost care and respect.  We welcome and honor each therapist's unique gifts.  We want to provide a loving space for our therapists, so our therapists can spread the love to their clients. 

What to expect: 

- W2 or 1099 

- 100% flexible scheduling (create your own schedule)

- Personalized caseload with diverse clients

- You can work part-time, with the minimum requirement of 10 session per week and choosing upwards of 25-30 clients per a week (the choice is yours)

- Biweekly consultation groups 

- All referrals provided

- Provide Simplepractice.com as our EHR system, with minimal paperwork

Compensation:

Starting at $110-$130 per a session 

Who we would love to join:

- Kind, compassionate, and loving therapist 

- Providing gentle and nourishing approach 

- Experience in mindfulness approaches 

You’ll be successful if You:

- Have an active license in California (LMFT, LCSW, PSYD, PHD in clinical psychology)

- Are knowledgeable of psychotherapy models and interventions for 18+ adults

- Have at least 6 months experience providing teletherapy

- Are comfortable incorporating clinical diagnostic and assessment instruments (e.g., PHQ-9) to monitor client progress and treatment outcomes

- Have reliable internet connection for conducting telehealth therapy sessions

- Are knowledgeable of and maintain HIPAA standards of privacy and confidentiality

- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records including notes and treatment plans

- Adhere to ethical standards and professional codes of ethics required by our field
