Izzo is founded on the love for supporting vulnerable, underserved populations and their families through difficult and confusing experiences and transitions.

Izzo is a group practice of highly trained, dedicated, and child-focused therapists in San Mateo, CA and San Carlos, CA. The therapeutic community has come to recognize Izzo Marriage & Family Therapy, PC as a highly valued therapeutic resource for:

• clients that are experiencing divorce and custody battles

• children under five

• reunification

• depression; anxiety; trauma

• low income and multilingual clients

Job Description

At Izzo Marriage and Family Therapy, we care for and invest in you as a whole person. As such, we create a safe and open space for all of our Associates and Licensed Clinicians to share their challenges and voice their feedback to collaboratively problem solve and move themselves forward.

We pride ourselves in having a diverse team which practices a range of modalities and speak a variety of languages from Spanish to Cantonese, to Farsi and more. We recognize there is a significant need for bilingual therapists in the Bay Area and are looking for qualified Associates to join our team!

As a Spanish-speaking AMFT, ACSW or APCC at Izzo Marriage and Family Therapy, PC you:

• Love working with children, parents, and families

• Have an entrepreneurial mindset

• Maintain a minimum caseload of 25 clients per week, including: notes; treatment plans; dx; and clinical enrichment as needed to support clients.

• Work an all in-person schedule OR a hybrid schedule of remote and in-person with a minimum of 3 days in office

• Strive to find the joy and excitement in learning, and love that you get to collaborate with other curious minds that are passionate about various topics of expertise

• Take advantage of the resources, training, and coaching that is offered to all of the associate and licensed clinicians with the intention of these offerings being to help you develop, grow, and achieve your professional and personal goals

• Are open to working with young children and openly receive the training and support to help you become the best child therapist you can be within our fiercely independent and collaborative community.

• Meet with your supervisor for both group and individual supervision weekly, attend company meetings, and individual Professional Development meetings.

*Please note that pay is hourly based on the number of clients seen per week; the session length; Jr. Associate, Sr. Associate or Licensed Clinician status; and if the sessions are held in another language or utilize Interpreter Services.

In addition to client session pay, Associates are paid for administrative work as well as attending weekly Group and Individual Supervision at a rate of $20/hour.

REQUIREMENTS

Job Requirements

• Located in California - offices in San Mateo and San Carlos

• Bilingual in Spanish

• Hold an AMFT/ASW/LCSW/APCC/LMFT license in California

Pay

$50.00- $77.00 per hour
