We are a small group that aims to provide accessible and affordable therapy. We work with private pay and insurance-based clients and managed Medi-Cal, IN-network, and OUT-of-network, depending on insurance.

Part-time Associate Position

It is ideal if you are looking to collect additional hours for licensure or a part-time, if you are self-motivated, network with other professionals, and are willing to recruit your clients. I will also refer clients to you if possible. We mainly work with adult clients.

Qualifications and Skills

• Be registered with the Board of Behavioral Sciences (AMFT, ACSW, APCC) or

• Be registered with the Board of Psychology (psychological assistants)

• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Solid written, oral, and public communication skills

• Ability to maintain a minimum of 12 weekly appointments

• Maintain professional liability insurance

• Market and advertise for self and maintain an active caseload

• Be professional and able to work independently

• Bilingual in Spanish/English but not required

Compensation/Benefits

• Clinical group/triad/individual supervision provided

• Your supervision hour is paid at minimum wage

• W-2 employee; competitive starting at $35 per direct client hour (or percentage-based for private pay clients only)

• Flexible schedule/hybrid when possible and appropriate

• Gain knowledge on the “ins and outs” of insurance, EHR, and documentation, and prepare to operate and manage your private practice

• Once licensed, take your clients with you if the clients want to continue with you
