BPB Counseling Group is a private therapy practice based in Boston, Massachusetts offering individual, couples, group, and intensive therapy focused on sexual integrity and betrayal trauma.

Our clinical model centers on treating men who struggle with porn addiction, compulsive sexual behavior, and infidelity as well as serving their betrayed partners.

Our work is not shame-based. We treat the person, not the “problem.” Sessions are guided by an empirical, evidence-based curriculum and rooted in a solution-focused, empathetic, and empowering therapeutic approach.
