At A Healing Ground, we believe healing happens in relationship: between client and therapist, between colleagues, and within the communities we serve. We're a hybrid group practice offering both in-person and virtual sessions, made up of clinicians who care deeply about providing compassionate, accessible, and culturally responsive mental health care to individuals, couples, and families.

Our mission is to create a safe, grounded space where people feel truly seen and heard as they move toward wholeness. We take a holistic approach to healing, recognizing that mental health is shaped by the body, relationships, identity, culture, and life circumstances. Rather than focusing on symptoms alone, we care for the whole person: mind, body, and spirit. Our clients come to us navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges, and we meet them with evidence-based, client-centered care that honors their unique stories and supports lasting, meaningful change.
