Aura is a healthcare group founded and led by clinicians who share the goal of fostering hope for children and families impacted by Autism. The Registered Behavior Technician role requires you to work directly with children and teenagers to deliver individualized, play-based and evidence-based treatment.
Aura uses a naturalistic and play-based approach to ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) treatment. Our team of professionals use the power of creativity and play to build bonds with our clients and teach them to communicate, socialize, play and manage behavioral concerns. Work is conducted in our center, client homes, community settings, schools and sometimes through telehealth (video-based treatment).
We hold a firm belief that all clients are deserving of a better quality of life despite their cultural, developmental or socioeconomic background. Our success in helping families relies on our commitment to our employees.
