ABA business owners and clinical directors often face a perceived conflict between being an effective clinician and a successful businessperson, leading to ethical strain and values drift. This training offers an alternative framework rooted in values-based leadership. Participants will learn to define values-based leadership within an ABA context and identify specific organizational policies, from billing and scheduling to staff training and client selection, that can align with a ‘clinician-first’ mission. The session will analyze the impact of values-driven decisions on staff retention, clinical quality, and ethical risk. Using guided self-reflection and case examples, attendees will identify one current business practice in their own organization that could be better aligned with their professional values and draft a concrete plan for modification.

Zoom link will be available on course page in “My Courses” upon event registration.

This program, when attended in its entirety, offers 1.5 BACB ACE CEUs.

Price: $0.00
