Job Description
Seeking motivated associate clinician (can be associate MFT, associate social worker, associate LPCC) to join our team at Road to Wellness Therapy. We are seeking an associate who either has EMDR training or is willing to become EMDR trained within 6 months of joining the team. The position is a hybrid position where some of the clinical hours are completed online and other clinical hours are completed in person in our office in Encino, CA. Ideal candidate is someone who is looking to grow as a practitioner in the trauma field. The practice interventions offered to clients include EMDR, Brainspotting, IFS, DBT, and CBT. Sick time and retirement fund included upon hire. Pay structure is as follows: $18/hour for administrative time, $40/hour for seeing clients under their insurance plan, $50/hour for seeing clients as private pay.
Key Responsibilities
Key responsibilities of the associate include holding an active BBS associate's license and keeping associate's license in good standing. Additional responsibilities include holding a minimum caseload of 16 client direct hours per week, with an additional 4-5 hours of admin time per week which includes supervision, client consultation and documentation. Associate will maintain assessment and progress note documentation and submit documentation within 48 hours of session completion. Associate will attend weekly supervision as required by BBS and company guidelines. Associate will engage in EMDR training if not already EMDR trained, and provide trauma therapy for individuals, couples and families.
Skills & Experience
Associate will have minimum 6 months work of clinical experience either in agency, private practice or practicum experience.
