At Psych Lab, we believe that therapy is about more than just alleviating symptoms; it's about helping our clients become whole. We are not just technicians; we are healers, tasked with facilitating developmental growth and helping our clients to fully enjoy their lives.
We are currently seeking a dedicated therapist who shares our trauma-informed approach and is ready to commit to the long-term healing of our clients.
To contact us, please reach out by email, rather than using the built-in MHC chat feature. hiring@psychlab.us
About You:
- You are interested in looking beyond the client's stated problem and towards their holistic health and emotional maturity.
- You see therapy as a relational process, understanding that every interaction with the client is part of the therapeutic relationship and should be thought of as a therapeutic intervention.
- You are ready to commit to the consistent, responsive, and mindful interactions that are key to repairing insecure attachments and promoting developmental growth.
- You understand that therapy is not a quick fix but a journey that often takes longer than one year, and you are ready to stay in one place long enough to facilitate that type of healing.
- You love consulting with colleagues and sharing your conceptualizations, and are looking for a passionate and engaged team to be a part of.
- You are a lifelong learner and would be genuinely excited to join in on our weekly psychotherapy study group.
