Job Description
Client-centered approach to addiction recovery and treatment. Company provides detox, residential, aftercare planning, and veteran support.
Key Responsibilities
- Caseload of 6-7 clients
- Lead groups, individual sessions, and family interventions or support meetings
- Crisis intervention
- Employ motivational interviewing, CBT, DBT, and mindfulness techniques
- Maintain clinical responsibility for the therapeutic treatment of clients
- Complete clinical documentation
- Provides intake assessment and treatment planning
- Participate in peer consultations, staff meetings, and continuing education
- Works with Clinical Director and other clinicians in program development
- Collaborate with multi disciplinary treatment team
Skills & Experience
- Master’s degree in relevant field
- License/associate number to practice in Indiana
- LMHC, LMHC-A
- LSW
- LCSW
- LPCC
