Job Description

The Anxiety Treatment Center offers Intensive Outpatient Treatment for individuals struggling with moderate to severe levels of anxiety.  Conditions treated include OCD, Social Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, PTSD (depending on the nature of it), BFRB's (Excoriation Disorder/Trichotillomania), Specific Phobias, Selective Mutism, Depression,etc.  We also work wth individuals struggling with comorbid conditions such as depression. 

Our program includes daily individual and group therapy.  Family members and loved ones are incorporated into the treatment process to help them understand how they can provide support.  Patients attend daily from either 9-12pm or 1-4pm for approximately 4-6 weeks.

Key Responsibilities

Provide individual, group, and family sessions.  Training provided in the frontline treatment modalities for anxiety disorders including Exposure and Response Prevention, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Committment Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Approaches, Self-Compassion, and Dialectical Behavioral therapy (all dependenct upon patient needs).

Case management, documentation, brief assessments, safety planning, intake evaluations, and discharge planning.

Highly collegial and team oriented environment.

Skills & Experience

Masters Degree in the field of counseling, psychology, social work, etc.  Supervision provided for all licensure types (ACSW, AMFT, LPCC, Pre/postdoctoral Psychological Assistant).  Licensed professionals are welcome to apply.

Work independently/seek supervision when needed.  Team oriented.  Effecient.
