Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay Rate: $51–$150 per hour (for all hours worked, including administrative time).

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations for patients.
  • Provide psychotherapy and mental health counseling to individuals, including children and families.
  • Supervise and mentor clinical staff, ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations and proper documentation of medical records.
  • Implement crisis intervention strategies when necessary and develop treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
  • Facilitate both telehealth and in person sessions and maintain a supportive environment for behavioral health.

Skills & Experience

Position Overview

We are seeking a Supervising Licensed Psychologist to provide clinical supervision for associates (both master’s and doctoral level) and practicum students, as well as deliver individual, couples, and family therapy. Group therapy is optional. The position offers flexibility, with a hybrid work arrangement—some in-person hours in Irvine, CA, with the potential for an additional location within the next year (not mandatory). Fully remote candidates may be considered for the right fit.

Qualifications

  • Doctorate (PhD or PsyD) in Psychology
  • Valid California Board of Psychology license to practice independently
  • Completion of at least 6 Continuing Education (CE) credits in clinical supervision within the last two years or willingness to complete these prior to starting
  • Experience and competency in working with the LGBTQIA+ community from an affirming lens
  • Willingness to supervise associates (required)
