SoCal DBT is hiring! We are a comprehensive DBT program in Beverly Hills and Calabasas, CA.

We are currently seeking a part-time or full-time therapist to work in our Beverly Hills location. This therapist would be a registered associate in the state of California and would be able to run groups and see patients within our comprehensive DBT program. Ideally, the therapist would already have foundational training in DBT, and ideally, they would be intensively trained. However, we are willing to train the right person. Must be able to work collaboratively within a team, experience with adults, adolescents, and families (or willing to learn and take on these cases. If you are eager to see children 6-12 years old, that would be a plus.) Our DBT groups are held in-person at our Beverly Hills office and are also available virtually via Zoom.

The full-time position requires availability to work 32 hours per week. Part-time is 17 to 20 hours per week. (These are not all client hours; these hours include supervision, clinical team, and time for documentation.) All of our groups meet on weeknights, except for one adult group, which meets on Thursday mornings. We have a steady stream of referrals coming in and will fill someone up relatively quickly.

We are ideally looking for someone who can start soon, and we are understanding and supportive of anyone needing to give the appropriate notice to their current place of work.

All administrative work is done for you (superbills, billing, etc.), except, of course, your documentation (progress notes, treatment plans, etc.).

We have beautiful office spaces in the heart of Beverly Hills and Calabasas, and this position is in-person; it is not virtual or work-from-home. We will cover 70% of the DBT training costs and 50% of all fees associated with DBT certification.
