Job Description
Best Life Therapy, is a full service outpatient tele-therapy practice dedicated to providing comprehensive and holistic modern mental healthcare. Our practice treats teens, individuals, couples, and families facing Substance Disorders, PTSD/Trauma, Grief and Loss, Life Transitions, as well as common co-occurring disorders such as Depression, Anxiety, and Relational/Attachment difficulties. We are a small multidisciplinary team of clinicians that have a shared passion for providing comprehensive, integrative, and evidence-based psychological care. Best Life Therapy is an ally and supporter of the LGBTQIA+ BIOPIC communities.
We are looking to add 2 associates to our growing practice who are passionate about providing quality mental health care.

Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Provide 50-60 Minute Telehealth appointments
- Complete treatment plan and note for every client
- Maintain good standing with BBS
- Respond to client referrals within 24 hours
- Collaborative within the group practice and within the community
Skills & Experience
Qualifications:
- Registered AMFT/ASW
- Ideal candidate is passionate, responsible, can plan their own days, and set their own schedule with out direction.
- Ideal candidate should be motivated and able to independently think, work, and care for clients with out micro managed (outside of supervision).
- Must NOT work with any other group practice/private practice
- Passionate about servicing individuals, families, couples, and teens
- Desire for ongoing professional and personal growth and development
- Experience and training using evidence based practices, with a preference for clinical/counseling training background
- Excellent clinical writing skills
- Wants to build a caseload of 18-25 clients per week (Associate will gradually build up to this)
- Best Life Therapy covers credentialing, EMR, billing, and provides marketing so you can focus on client care and treatment. Pay is 50/hr plus commission. There is opportunity for private pay clients with a 60/40 split. (60% for the associate and paid as comission up to $90/hr) $18/hr for admin.
