Job Description
LA Therapy & Family Counseling, INC (LATC) is seeking bilingual Spanish/English preferred, but not required. Full-time Remote AMFTs or ACSWs looking to work in a private practice setting. LATC is a growing group practice that is dedicated to helping our clients integrate mental health into their everyday health. We are looking for an experienced candidate to join our team!
Key Responsibilities
- The candidate will provide mental health services for clients and maintain quality clinical documentation of sessions.
- The caseload of 22-25 sessions per week
- Must manage your weekly schedule with clients, which provides flexibility for both the client and therapist.
- Applicants who have a separate private practice, or are part of another group practice are not a good fit.
- LATC will handle your billing, credentialing, and malpractice insurance.
- Conducts client psychosocial assessment, develops and monitors the implementation of individualized treatment plans.
- Adhere to ethical standards required by our field
Skills & Experience

Competency in the following clinical abilities:
Formulating treatment plans - Diagnosing
- Detailed session notes using Simple Practice within 72 hours
- Proficient time management skills
- Knowledge of psychotherapy models and interventions
- Familiarity with the DSM-V and diagnostic techniques
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent references and client retention rates
- Maintain current BBS Registration
- Adhere to ethical standards required by our field
