Job Description

TTM Counseling & Psychotherapy Services is looking for dynamic and innovative LCSW, LMHC, LCPC, LMFT, Licensed Supervisors and associates to join our team! TTM Counseling & Psychotherapy Services serves at-risk individuals with mental health, substance abuse, HIV, maladaptive behavioral health patterns, and other psychosocial stressors that impact health and well-being.

The LCSW, LMHC, LCPC, LMFT, Licensed Supervisors and associates will be an integral part of the interdisciplinary team starting with providing services to Employee Assistance Program (EAP) clients with short-term counseling. EAP therapists will address a broad and complex body of issues affecting mental and emotional well-being, such as alcohol and other substance abuse, stress, grief, family problems, and psychological disorders. LCSW, LMHC, LCPC, LMFT, Licensed Supervisors and associates must possess skills in psychotherapy, brief solution-based therapies including motivational interviewing, problem solving, adaptation theory, and CBT.

 

Key Responsibilities

TTM will identify and schedule clients according to your expertise and experience. Our administrative staff will handle all the administrative tasks that come with seeing clients (scheduling, onboarding and billing). We will help you develop note-taking strategies that will minimize how much documentation you complete. This enables you to focus on providing the best clinical care possible.

Skills & Experience

· Ability to provide telehealth (telephone/zoom) services on a daily/weekly basis

· Comfortable navigating EHR systems

· Develop rapport and provide therapy interventions

· Appropriate selection of treatment modality to members presenting problems

· Effective communicator of clinical material to clients and clinical staff

· Provides appropriate and timely documentation of clinical encounters in client's charts

· Maintains license

· Provides treatment to adults, adolescents and children

· Provides telephone assessment, counseling, resource information and referrals

Bilingual is a plus
