Job Description

Sandbox works with a diverse population of children, adults, and older adults. We provide individual, couples, and family therapy. Client inquiries, screenings, scheduling, insurance credentialing, and paneling are handled by our office staff.

We are looking for independent, tech-savvy, motivated providers to join our group practice. Providers have the flexibility of setting their own schedules. You can choose to work fully remote or hybrid.

. Sandbox utilizes electronic record keeping, scheduling, claims, and billing. Our staff enjoys having a flexible schedule, providing weekday and weekend hours, based on clinician preference.

($96,480k-$117,160k) $63-$70/hr​

What you will NOT do:

• Marketing

• Billing

• Scheduling first intake appointments

• Calling insurances to verify benefits

• Organizing Client Care

• DMH paperwork

Our awesome office staff is in charge of marketing, billing of all kinds, scheduling your first appointment, and taking any messages. We also have staff that will help you get paneled with our insurance partners.Practice individual, couples, or group psychotherapy

• Create your own schedule

• Full-time we have 2 options for full-time

• Option 1) 30-34 hours/wk

  • 2 hours of paid chart time (weekly) at admin rate

  • 1-2 hours of clinical consultation hours​ (bi-weekly) 

  • 1 hour of monthly clinical group support meeting 

  • $500 CEU stipend

• Work independently completing intakes and notes

• Obtains $500 bonus each month if 30 clients seen minimally per week which equates to $6,000 more annually on top of base salary
• Option 2) 25-30 hours/wk
  • 2 hours of paid chart time (weekly) at admin rate
  • 1-2 hours of clinical consultation hours (bi-weekly)
  • 1 hour of monthly clinical group support meeting
  • $500 CEU stipend

**Must NOT have a PP or work in another group practice***

Skills & Experience

• Must be fully licensed in the state of California
• Bilingual is a +
• Trained in a specific modality such as, EFT, EMDR, Gottman
