Psych Lab is currently accepting 2 MFT or LPC associates for our advanced psychodynamic therapy training program. This is a full-time position offering extensive supervision, consultation, and didactic programming in the attachment-based treatment of trauma, personality disorders, psychosis, and other disorders.

Requirements
- Current & active associate registration in the state of CA
- Available to work full time, at least 24 clinical hours per week
- Available to work evenings & weekends
- Available for hybrid work (in-office as well as from-home)
- Ability to commit to no other concurrent employment
- Self-directed, consistent, and detail-oriented
- Previous training with acute, complex, and developmental trauma
Our wish list:
- Experience in your own personal therapy
- An active meditation practice
- Experience & comfort working with dissociation, psychosis, and autism spectrum
- Familiarity with mentalization-based treatment
What you’ll do:
- Conduct individual therapy sessions, consultation calls, and same-day charting
- Serve as the main point of contact for all your clients
- Respond to all contacts within a few hours, with warmth and professionalism
- Proactively communicate with clients’ families, schools, and treatment teams
- Participate in a weekly team meeting where you’ll present your cases & offer feedback to others
- Participate in weekly collaborative learning groups to deepen your skills and help others do the same
- Proactively work to cultivate a positive and supportive work environment

- $52,800 for an average of 20 clinical hours per week
- $64,800 for an average of 25 clinical hours per week
