Job Description

Eastern Sierra Counseling is searching for a psychiatrist to join our clinic located in Bishop, CA. Position is flexible and we are looking for someone to work remote 1-2 per week (or in person) and be willing to see patients in person (if remote) atleast 2 days every 3 to 4 months. The physician will be the only psychiatrist on the ground in two of California's most rural counties. The schedule is flexible and ideally will give the person a lot of time for hiking, climbing, ski/snowboarding, fishing, and more of the adventures the Eastern Sierra has to offer. We are located between Yosimite and Death Valley National Parks. 

Key Responsibilities

Conduct Psychiatric evaluations and assesments of patients.

Diagnose mental health conditions and deelop treatment plans.

Prescibe and manage medications for patients. 

Skills & Experience

Board Certification in Psychiatry 

Valid medical license.

Strong knowledge of psychiatric conditions and treatment modality.
