Job Description

We are looking to hire a committed Texas LMFT, LPC, or LCSW to join a collaborative, supportive team that highly values a growth mindset. This is a primarily in-person position with full- or part-time scheduling. We encourage you to continue working with the client population of your choice and training. 

You will be offered a schedule of your choice. There is full administrative support for scheduling, billing, and fielding calls from clients. Professional development assistance is offered. Consultation and collaboration is available. 

Key Responsibilities

You would conduct individual, couples, and/or family therapy sesions, based on training and your passion.

You would be expected to complete psycho-social assessments, accurate diagnosis, treatment plans and treatment plan updates, and discharge plans within the established period.

Thorough progress notes completed and submitted within the established period is expected.

Capable of being a team player.

Skills & Experience

You must be a licensed LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in the state of Texas. (No associates at this time, please.) 

A minimum of one year of clincial experience working with primary mental health diagnoses is required.

Effective written and verbal communication in English is required. 

A knowledge and understanding of psychological diagnosis, terminology, and writing progress notes is a must.

Some preferred, but not required skills are: 

Holding an RPT credential or LCDC license

Capable of working with children and families

Capable of working with couples

Bilingual Spanish speaking due to high Spanish speaking population
