Job Description

Ray of Hope Child Therapy Services Inc is a group practice. We are seeking full time psychotherapists and social workers to join our practice. Ray of Hope Child Therapy Services provides evidence-based services to children, adolescents, adults and families. Our goal is to assist clients in achieving their mental health wellness goals.

We are looking for the following candidate:

-Have experience working with psychosocial issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, work-related difficulties including work/life balance, anger management

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct intakes that include assessments of psychosocial history and formulate diagnosis using DSM 5
  • Conduct therapy sessions via Telehealth platform
  • Develop treatment plans that are goal directed and measurable within 2 sessions
  •  Completion of progress notes within 48 hours. Progress notes will follow the format of SOAP (subjective, objective, assessment, and plan)
  • Complete other clinical documentation as needed
  • Attend monthly staff meetings
  • Attend weekly and group supervision
  • Attend consultation meetings as needed
  • Facilitate at least one 6-8 week group per year
  • Collaboration with community agencies and providers as needed
  •  Work 34 hours per week; 30 clients or billable hours and 3-4 admin hours

Skills & Experience

 

  • Current license as a APCC/AMFT/ACSW, LCSW, LMFT, LPCC or Psychologist
  • Willingness to join a growing group practice
  • Adherence to standards of confidentiality, documentation and organization operations.
