Ray of Hope Child Therapy Services Inc is a group practice. We are seeking full time psychotherapists and social workers to join our practice. Ray of Hope Child Therapy Services provides evidence-based services to children, adolescents, adults and families. Our goal is to assist clients in achieving their mental health wellness goals.

- Minimal Paperwork
- Conduct intakes that include assessments of psychosocial history and formulate diagnosis using DSM 5
- Conduct therapy sessions via Telehealth platform
- Develop treatment plans that are goal directed and measurable within 2 sessions
- Completion of progress notes within 48 hours. Progress notes will follow the format of SOAP (subjective, objective, assessment, and plan)
- Complete other clinical documentation as needed
- Attend monthly staff meetings
- Attend weekly and group supervision
- Attend consultation meetings as needed
- Facilitate at least one 6-8 week group per year
- Collaboration with community agencies and providers as needed
- Work 34 hours per week; 30 clients or billable hours and 3-4 admin hours
- Current license as a APCC/AMFT/ACSW, LCSW, LMFT, LPCC or Psychologist
- Willingness to join a growing group practice
- Adherence to standards of confidentiality, documentation and organization operations.
