Part-Time Associate Therapist (opt. HYBRID)

​We're seeking a dedicated Associate Therapist to join our team at Hills of Mercy Counseling. Our mission is to provide counseling services to help clients find hope and healing. This is a part-time, hybrid position ideal for an Associate Therapist passionate about supporting clients on their journey to mental wellness and looking for more experience and hours in their career. Competitive pay set at $40 per client session, in-person and optional flexible telehealth hours to build a caseload that works with your schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide in-person therapy sessions on Wednesday's-Saturday's from 8:30am to 1:30pm.

• Option to offer telehealth sessions throughout the week based on your availability to build your caseload.

• Complete timely documentation and maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries, attend the set supervision meet times with our amazing clinical supervisor, Allie Taylor.

Skills & Experience

• Must be an Associate Therapist with a master's degree.
