We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Associate MFT to join our intimate, supportive private practice. This hybrid position offers the best of both worlds- flexibility for remote work paired with meaningful in‑person connection at our West LA office.

As an insurance‑based practice, we take care of the logistics so you can focus on your clinical growth. We provide steady client referrals, weekly supervision, billing services, and administrative support, all within a warm, collaborative environment designed to help new associates thrive.

Key Responsibilities

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Participate in weekly supervision
• Uphold ethical and legal standards of practice

Skills & Experience

What We’re Looking For:

• Registered AMFT (or currently in the process of obtaining an AMFT number)
• NEW associates only- must have fewer than 1,000 hours accrued towards licensure
• Availability to work in person at our West LA office at least twice per week
• Evening availability required
• Weekend availability is a plus, but not required
• A clinician who is ethical, motivated, and eager to grow within a supportive team
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to culturally responsive care
• EMDR Certification and experience a MAJOR PLUS!!
• Experience with children and couples preferred!
