Salary Range $59,000 - $73,000 for CSWA

Seeking current MSW graduates completing their CSWA hours OR soon to be MSW graduates pursuing their CSWA. Applicants must be interested in specializing in ADHD and autism spectrum therapies for adults. Clinicians will receive specialized training in therapy modalities for this community.

Tailwind ADHD is a therapy clinic that specializes in providing treatment for adults with ADHD and autism spectrum diagnoses. We are currently filling several positions for new clinicians who are passionate about specializing in this work. Candidates will have the opportunity to provide individual therapy and group education, skills and process therapies. Tailwind ADHD offers therapy opportunities for their clients guided by client needs, which means therapists will have the opportunity to assess and create treatment opportunities based upon the make-up of their client caseload and emerging needs. Tailwind ADHD works to match clients with clinicians based on expertise and shared experience, seeking clinicians from all walks of life and diverse backgrounds.

Tailwind ADHD holds the value that clinicians and clients are best supported in environments where clinicians are not siloed or isolated. Several opportunities for case consultation and learning are provided throughout your workweek with attendance and engagement expectations.

Positions are fully in-person with telehealth as an available component of your schedule. This is in response to a deep need in the community for in person therapy, and changes in insurance requirements. Tailwind holds a cultural value that in person therapy is sorely needed and cannot fully replace telehealth especially for the neurodivergent community.

Key Responsibilities

Clinicians can expect to learn to administer ADHD and AUSD assessments, and to treat for disorders concurrent with these including addictions, LGBTQ+ gender and sexuality traumas, complex trauma and PTSD, anxiety, OCD, eating disorders and body dysmorphia. Clinicians will also be trained in and expected to use ART, Accelerate Resolution Therapy, and Internal Family Systems. Prior training or personal experience in any of these areas will result in higher consideration of your application.

This is a learning centered environment. Clinicians can expect to receive ongoing support and learning for how to manage their caseload and create and input timely documentation. Tailwind ADHD values parallel process in how it supports clinicians and how they support their clients. Active and engaging support for clinical growth is at the forefront of the clinic’s values.
