Mental Health Therapist

Roots and Wings Family Therapy is looking for a compassionate, motivated Mental Health Therapist to join our growing team. We are seeking an associate or fully licensed therapist who enjoys meaningful clinical work, values connection and collaboration, and wants to grow within a supportive practice environment.

We work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families, with a strong focus on relationships, attachment, emotional connection, and helping clients create lasting change.

What You’ll Do

• Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy based on your areas of interest and clinical strengths
• Develop individualized treatment plans and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Build strong therapeutic relationships with clients and families
• Collaborate with other therapists and participate in a supportive team environment
• Maintain ethical and professional standards of practice
• Continue developing your clinical skills through supervision, consultation, and professional growth

Skills & Experience

Experience with EFT, attachment-based therapy, IFS, trauma, couples therapy, family therapy, or child/adolescent therapy is a plus, but not required.
