Empowered Healing is looking for a licensed Mental Health Therapist (e.g., LPC, LPCC, LSW, or LISW) to join our supportive team in a W-2 role. This role offers the perfect balance of flexibility and community, featuring a hybrid schedule that allows for the comfort of working from home and the professional connection of in-office collaboration.

This position operates on a fee-for-service basis and does not include a fixed salary.

• Full administrative support, including scheduling and client coordination

Compensation Range

$50,000-$90,000 (This position operates on a fee-for-service basis and does not include a fixed salary.)

Key Responsibilities

What Your Week Will Look Like

• Providing individual therapy sessions to a caseload of approximately 22–25 clients per week
• Completing clinical documentation within the EHR
• Collaborating with colleagues for consultation when helpful
• Maintaining ethical and professional standards of care

Skills & Experience

Qualifications:

• Licensed in Ohio as an LPC, LPCC, LSW, or LISW
• Previous private practice experience is a bonus, but not required
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain timely documentation
• Interest in working in a collaborative team environment
