Silver Fern Child and Family Therapy, Inc. is currently seeking well rounded, full- time Associate Therapists who are interested in learning about and developing a private practice.
 
The Mental Health Associate is responsible for providing mental health services and support to clients of Silver Fern Child and Family Therapy, Incorporated (Silver Fern, Inc.). The Associate will provide clinical services providing therapy to Individual adults, children, adolescents, and couples, maintain administrative duties and participate in individual, triadic, and group supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide therapy to individual adult, child, adolescent, and couples via telehealth or in-person at Silver Fern, Inc. office
  • Maintain progress notes, assessments, and treatment plans
  • Diagnosing clients
  • Providing superbills as requested
  • Participation in individual, triadic, and/or group supervision weekly
 

Skills & Experience

  • Availability to work 20+ hours/week with a one-year commitment. At the end of the year, an extension may be offered
  • Hold a counseling related Master’s degree
  • Qualified applicants must have a current registration (AMFT, ASW, APCC) with CA BBS in good standing
  • Ability to work independently and appropriately manage session time and administration time
  • Organizational and time management skills
