Made With Love Therapy Collective is a boutique network of licensed therapists serving clients across California. We operate on a referral-based model, connecting clients with warm, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive clinicians. Our network is growing, and we’re looking for loving, passionate licensed therapists (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PsyD, PhD) to join us.

We are currently looking for therapists with in-person office (in Northern California, Santa Cruz, San Luis Obispo)

This is a perfect opportunity for licensed therapists in California who are starting out in private practice who need a full case of clients or have an established practice and want to supplement their caseloads.

What to Expect 

• Independent Contractor (1099)

• 100% Flexible Scheduling — You set your hours and availability

• Personalized Caseload — We match you with diverse clients aligned with your expertise and preferences

• Choose your caseload — recommended a minimum of 10 sessions/week, with the option to scale up to 25–30 sessions/week based on your goals

• Biweekly Peer Consultation Groups — Stay connected, supported, and inspired

• Kaiser Referrals Provided 

• SimplePractice EHR Access — Easy-to-use system with minimal paperwork so you can focus on your clients

Skills & Experience

You’ll be successful if You:

- Have an active license in California (LMFT, LCSW, PSYD, PHD in clinical psychology)

- Are knowledgeable of psychotherapy models and interventions for 18+ adults

- Have at least 6 months experience providing teletherapy

- Are comfortable incorporating clinical diagnostic and assessment instruments (e.g., PHQ-9) to monitor client progress and treatment outcomes

- Have reliable internet connection for conducting telehealth therapy sessions

- Are knowledgeable of and maintain HIPAA standards of privacy and confidentiality

- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records including notes and treatment plans

- Adhere to ethical standards and professional codes of ethics required by our field
