· W-2 position

· Hybrid position: telehealth + in-person in Chino, CA on Mondays

· Minimum 20 hours/week (15 client hours + supervision, admin,

mtgs, etc.)

· Must be comfortable working w/ adults, children, teens, couples,

families

· Ability to work some nights and weekends

· Must have less than 1,000 hours towards licensure

Pay: $28 or 50% of what is received for session whatever is higher

· Pay: $28/hr. session or 50% of what is reimbursed (for example, if

the reimbursement rate is $100, you will receive $28 initially + the

additional $22 once we are reimbursed by the insurance company).

· Paid supervision and training

· Other benefits include: sick leave, Simple IRA w/ matching and

CEU trainings. Full-time staff receive paid time off and health

insurance options.
