Here's what we're hoping to see in your video:

  • Who you are — Share a bit about your background, what drew you to mental health, and what makes you uniquely you.
  • Why us — What specifically interests you about our group practice and its work?
  • Your vision for the job — What do you want to learn or accomplish during your time with us? Any ideas for projects, groups, or contributions you're excited about?
  • Your personality & strengths — Be creative! We want to see your authentic self, energy, and how you connect with others.

Length: 3–5 minutes (think engaging TED-style talk meets fun personal vlog)
Format: Whatever feels natural: phone video, edited clip, even a slideshow with voiceover. Surprise us!

Please send the video link (Vimeo, YouTube unlisted, or Google Drive) so we can review it thoughtfully.

This video is one of our favorite parts of the process because it lets your individuality come through instead of just another resume. We believe the best work experiences happen when the person and the organization genuinely vibe, and this is how we start to feel that out.

Send over your video + a quick note: “Why I’d crush this role in 3 sentences” to info@diversifiedbehavioralhealth.com, Subject line: “Mission Viejo Rockstar”

Don't forget to add your resume, and either your favorite movie or book title. Our team will do the rest!

Stop scrolling, start recording that video, and send that email to us!
