Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Fully Licensed Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be someone who is passionate about mental health, has a strong foundation in therapeutic modalities, and is committed to providing empathetic care to our clients. You will work alongside a team of experienced mental health professionals in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations.
• Provide individual, couples, family therapy.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on clients' needs and goals.
• Maintain timely and accurate records of clinical work.
• Participate in regular team meetings and case consultations.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and education.

Skills & Experience

• Active and unrestricted license to practice as a LMFT, LCSW, LPCC in California.
• Master's degree from an accredited program in psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related field.
• Proficiency in various therapeutic modalities and approaches.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to ethical practice and continuing education.
