Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist)
Apex Therapy Group — Remote Therapy--State of CA

Position Overview:
Licensed Therapist providing remote therapy for patients of Apex Therapy Group, a Marriage and Family Corporation. A fully clinical position involving the treatment of children, teens, adults, couples, and occasionally families.

Position is a W2 position, compensated hourly--annualized to $75,000 for 25 weekly sessions, $90,000 for 30 weekly sessions and $105,000 for 35 weekly sessions (2 weeks of sick time accrued per year). Yearly pay raises available.

We accept most major insurances as well as many medi-cal plans, allowing greater access to mental health care for the public. All therapy will be conducted remotely. Therapists must have a private space that adheres to HIPAA regulations.

- Steady and reliable referrals to maintain your preferred caseload size

- Medical biller to manage all insurance and medical claims

- Practice manager to handle referrals, scheduling, insurance credentialing and intake process
- Consultation opportunities with the Clinical Director
- Positive, friendly, solution-focused team support with regular group consultations

Qualifications and Skills:

- Align with Apex Therapy Group values and mission
- Master’s Degree or Doctoral Degree in counseling or social work
- Active, unrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT, PsyD) in the State of California
- Availability for at least 15 patient sessions per week. Full session load is 30 sessions per week to qualify for full time benefits. Therapists can choose their caseloads 15-35 sessions/week

- Health Benefits available for those who work full session load, along with 401K, gym and self-care stipends
- Available on at least 4 days per week for sessions
- Punctual, responsive, organized, and detail-oriented
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
