Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) to join our growing practice. This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys working with clients struggling with anxiety and OCD, values flexibility, and is committed to providing high-quality mental health care. Because we work providing services to clients through Employee Assistance Programs, some evening and weekend availability is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individual therapy for clients with anxiety and OCD, utilizing evidence-based approaches (CBT, ERP, ACT, etc.).

  • Demonstrate competence providing short-term services to EAP clients, including brief interventions, solutions focused therapy, and ability to refer to other providers and levels of care as needed.

  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation, including completing all notes within 24 hours.

  • Maintain strong working relationship with EAP partners.

Requirements

  • Active licensure as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent.

  • Experience or strong interest in working with anxiety and OCD.

  • Training in evidence-based modalities like CBT, ERP, ACT, I-CBT, etc.

  • Ability to provide compassionate, evidence-based care.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
