Collaborative Psychology Group, APC is seeking a full-time Licensed Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary, diverse, affirming, social justice values-driven practice. This role is ideal for a psychologist who is passionate about clinical excellence, supervision, assessment, and increasing access to quality mental health care for diverse and underserved communities.
The Licensed Psychologist will maintain a clinical caseload, provide clinical supervision, and demonstrate competency and proficiency in psychological testing and assessments, including evaluations for autism spectrum disorder, diagnostic clarification, and academic/workplace accommodations.
Maintain an active outpatient clinical caseload providing evidence-based psychological services.
Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations, including but not limited to:
Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) assessments (children, adolescents, and/or adults)
Diagnostic clarification and differential diagnosis
Psychoeducational, neurodevelopmental, and psychological assessments
Evaluations for academic, workplace, and testing accommodations
Integrate assessment data into clear, timely, and clinically sound reports.
Provide feedback sessions to clients, families, and relevant stakeholders.
Provide clinical supervision to psychological associates, practicum students, and/or pre-licensed clinicians in accordance with California Board of Psychology regulations.
Support professional development through mentorship, case consultation, and ethical guidance.
Participate in training and educational initiatives aligned with the organization’s mission.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including therapists, psychiatrists, and administrative staff.
Complete documentation in a timely and compliant manner.
Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and quality improvement initiatives.
Uphold ethical, legal, and professional standards consistent with the California Board of Psychology.
