NQ Therapy, Inc. is Hiring!

We are looking to hire a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT/LPCC/LCSW) to join our team at NQ Therapy, Inc.

We’re seeking professionals who:

• Have a full and unrestricted (must be in good standing) California professional license LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.
• Are trained Art Therapists and are credentialed as ATR-P, ATR, or ATR-BC (preferred but not required).
• Have an active/valid NPI number.
• Want to work in private practice and focus solely on therapeutic work and not worry about running their own business.
• Are neurodivergent, queer, and/or disabled (priority is given but is not required).
• Are an ally to marginalized and oppressed communities and individuals and work to decenter capitalism, colonialism and neuro/hetero normativity.
• Are interested in working in person at the office in Hermosa Beach, CA.
• Are passionate about mental healthcare and staying up to date with research developments in the field.
• Are trauma-informed and open-minded to deliver culturally humble, informed, and affirming care.
• Are able to recognize countertransference and manage it in consultation or personal therapy.
• Are flexible and able to provide accommodations for clients as needed (change the lights, sounds, smells, talking style/pace, etc).
• Are able to maintain a caseload of approximately 18-25 clients/week.
• Are interested in and/or competent working with individuals that are neurodivergent, including but not limited to: autistic, adhd, ocd, c-ptsd, sensory processing, DID, OSDD, depressed, highly anxious. 
• Are interested in and/or competent working with LGBTQAI+ identifying individuals.
• Are comfortable running therapy or social groups (preferred but not required).
• Are able to build and nurture a caseload over time, prioritizing goodness of fit and alignment in the therapeutic relationship.
• Are open to joining our team long term.
• Are self-driven, ambitious, and seek to participate in a community that prioritizes collaboration and respect.

Pay:

• $85,000-$110,000 
• Dependent on caseload
