We are looking for a full-time, fully licensed therapist (PhD, PsyD, LICSW, LMFT, LMHC) with specialties in treating trauma and working with couples. The therapist will maintain a caseload of at least 20 clinical hours a week, and at least half of the caseload will be with couples. This is an hourly W-2 position.

Clinicians who are pursuing their own private practice alongside group practice with Thrive for the People will not be a good fit for this position.

This practice values social justice and anti-oppression and strongly encourages individuals who identify as LGBTQ and/or persons of color to apply.

Benefits:

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate is a clinician who loves providing depth-oriented, emotionally focused individual and couples therapy, who enjoys establishing strong relationships with colleagues, and who is motivated to fill up their caseload through marketing and networking. Some of the marketing and networking events will require working in the evenings and weekends (e.g., tabling at community events, hosting live workshops, etc.).

This is a partially remote and partially in-office position. The ideal candidate will have the ability to provide services in their home office and at our Ballard office.
