Job Description

Restoring Vida Therapy Inc is a fully remote telehealth practice located in California. We are a group practice that is looking to hire compassionate and caring licensed therapists (LMFT/LCSW/PsyD/LPCC) to join our practice full time or part time. 

Restoring Vida Therapy is a company that started to be able to help other therapist feel comfortable to take the next step and move into a private practice. We provide you with credentialing and help you with referrals, billing, and help with administration task so that you can enjoy just working with your clients. 

Even though we are a fully remote company we try to meet with our therapists at least once a quarter to be able to connect and just have a meal (that is paid for). We want our therapist to know they are wanted and cared for.  

This is a part time 10-24 clients per week or full-time 25+  remote role for a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Restoring Vida Therapy. The therapist will be responsible for treatment planning, social work, case management, mental health counseling, and family therapy. Must have at least two evenings open. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Passionate about providing therapy to individuals, couples, families, children, and teens.
  • Ability to complete all necessary paperwork and documentation for ongoing cases.
  • Capability to work independently while being open to learning the business and marketing side of being a therapist.
  • Skills to provide assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and ongoing mental health services to clients.
  • Minimum requirement of 10 clients per week for part-time, and a minimum of 25 clients per week for full-time positions.
  • A good sense of humor and team player attitude.
  • Registered and in good standing with the Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS).
  • Dependable, punctual, reliable, and professional.
  • Create individualized treatment plans that include goals and objectives for each patient
  • Offer community resources or specialists to patients and family members who are experiencing difficulties
  • Assess patients’ mental condition based on review of medical information, interviews, observation, tests, and collaboration with other staff members
  • Assess patient situations and provide appropriate follow-up care based on their current needs.
  • Have some experience utilizing EHR systems and telehealth. 
  • Be able to work at least two evenings 

Skills & Experience

  • Must be fully Licensed  in the state of California
  • Biligual (Spanish) greatly preferred 
  • Have some training working with couples and families
