Job Description

Maintain a caseload of at least 10 weekly clients for licensed, 15 for Associates. 

20% of the Therapist’s caseload will be allocated to serving clients for charitable purposes. These completed sessions will be paid at the Admin Rate.  Rates below.

Pay Structure for ASSOCIATES:

 

15-19 clients per week = $30 per Clinical Hour
20+ clients per week = $36 per Clinical Hour
All non-clinical hours paid at Admin Rate of $16 per hour

Pay Structure for LICENSED

<10 clients per week = $45 per Clinical Hour
10+ clients per week = $50 per Clinical Hour
All non-clinical hours paid at Admin Rate of $20 per hour

 

Optional Incentive for Licensed Only:

 

  • $10 incentive per completed CPT 90791 session OR CPT 90837 session, when completing 20-39 of the aforementioned sessions per pay period ($60/total)

  • $20 incentive per completed CPT 90791 session OR CPT 90837 session, when completing 40-59 of the aforementioned sessions per pay period ($70 total)

 

Compensation
<10 clients per week = $45 per Clinical Hour
10+ clients per week = $50 per Clinical Hour
All non-clinical hours paid at Admin Rate of $20 per hour
Licensed Clinicians seeing 25+ clients of any referral source are eligible for Comprehensive Benefits Package.

Key Responsibilities

Licensed Clinicians should have and active and unrestricted License with the BBS.

All applicants:

  • Knowledge of psychotherapy models and interventions

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Familiarity with the DSM-V and diagnostic techniques

  • Excellent references and client retention rates

  • Maintain current license/registration to practice in CA

 

Skills & Experience

Competency in the following clinical abilities:

  • Formulating treatment plans

  • Diagnosing

  • Detailed session notes using TherapyNotes.com

  • Proficient time management skills

  • Understanding and the implementation of boundaries.

  • Knowledge of psychotherapy models and interventions

  • Familiarity with the DSM-V and diagnostic techniques

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent references and client retention rates

  • Maintain current BBS Registration

  • Adhere to ethical standards required by our field

  • Associates should have 1200 hours towards licensure.  *Second registration number is ok.
