The Licensed Clinical Therapist will be responsible for providing therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families. This role involves assessing clients' needs, developing treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based interventions to improve relational and mental health. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep commitment to supporting clients' emotional and relational well-being.
- · Conduct in person and virtual counseling/therapy sessions to individuals, couples, families, and group.
- · Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' emotional, relational, and mental health needs.
- · Develop and implement treatment plans based on clinical assessment data.
- · Address a range of issues, including relationship conflicts, family dynamics, mental health disorders, and life transitions.
- · Collaborate with clients to identify and achieve therapeutic goals.
- · Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- · Stay current with advancements in the field of mental health practice and incorporate new techniques into practice.
- · Educate clients and families about mental health and relationship issues to promote understanding and resilience
- · Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure holistic and coordinated care.
- · Offer crisis intervention and support as needed.
- · Ensure compliance with practice policies as well as health insurance plan requirements and regulations.
- Experience in providing teletherapy services.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities.

- · Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
- · Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited program.
- · Active license in the State of California.
