We are currently seeking Full-time and Part-time Licensed Clinical Social Workers and Licensed Psychologists to join our growing community of care—a space that values clinical excellence, peer support, and equity in mental health access.

What You’ll Do

As a member of our clinical team, you will:

  • Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and/or families.
  • (Psychologists only) Conduct psychological assessments as needed.
  • Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team with open consultation and support.
  • Maintain timely, clinically sound documentation.
  • Participate in peer case consultations and team-based learning.
  • Contribute to a culture of clinical excellence, respect, and belonging.

 

What You’ll Need 

  • For LCSWs: Master’s degree in Social Work or related field; active CA BBS license.
  • For Psychologists: Doctoral degree (PhD/PsyD) in Psychology or related field; active CA license.
  • Strong commitment to building therapeutic relationships and achieving meaningful outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • A desire to grow within a collaborative, private practice setting.
